I bought 3 sets a while ago but ended up returning 2 because the lights were too white and bright when it should be warmer. I didn't like the color of the lighting but it does work well in areas you want to light up. Also they don't work with Amazon Echo

Documentation says WeMo is supported by Alexa. Is there something about this light that makes that not so?

All the Wemo products except this are supported directly by Echo. This one may not because of the proprietary "link" hub the bulbs come with. You CAN integrate it with Echo via IFTTT. I say things like "echo/Alexa, trigger dim the lights," and I have that tied to my wemo lights to turn on the lights at 10% brightness. The action is slightly delayed though due to using IFTTT as an intermediary.

I also found out recently that if you have a Samsung smartthings hub you can link the individual bulbs directly to that without needing the "link" hub. Not sure on the customizability of that config though.
