Anyone have a Phone number to Parago?
Hilarious. They told me for over a week that my rebate had gone to the 'Escalation Dept'. Now today, they tell me they lost my paperwork and to email the info again.. These people are frustrating me. I'm not impressed with Parago. They need a good manager. It honestly seems like a bunch of teenagers doing a summer job that don't care about people requesting help. Their customer service is of no help at all.
