The current lifetime membership just increased this year to $1500. The letter states this will be the last opportunity to get the membership for $500. There are some good benefits and they give you a pretty nice jacket with the membership.

I've been waiting to catch this and it sounds like they may not rollback to $500 after this.

For renewal only? Works for new members? Would it work if I join for $40 and then login immediately to upgrade for $500?

why do this? they regularly have offers which make the membership fee a wash - like - pay $40 for the membership and get a $40 bass pro GC free.

we'll i haven't see it that good (net free) but i often see the cabelas $25 gc which is what i use since i would never shop at bps ripoff.

there are extra benefits to being a lifetime nra vs. a monthly member. i would be a lifetime member but there just aren't enough years left (in my life) to justify the cost. Stick Out Tongue

i pay about $10 year so that's 50 years to b/e. plus i want to be able to drop the nra for good if need to (unlikely but possible).

I am curious about how to get it as a non-current member as well. if I sign up for one month, it would expire before July 31st and then could I get the deal?

Thanks for the heads up. I'll watch the thread for updates on non member access. There is a $10 associate membership available too. Maybe it's worth a shot to buy that one then try for the lifetime the next day or so.

This will work.
If you want to join an organization even more dedicated to Second Ammunition rights, check out the JPFO.

Always deal brilliance on this site. I think this would work.

I'd call them and ask. The phone folks may not know though.

I couldn't find the associate membership but right now they offer the one year for $25. Once I get my membership info I will upgrade to the lifetime.
