I'm was denied a price match at Best Buy and was looking for some feedback from anyone here that may have dealt with the same issue.

I purchased a range, microwave, and dishwasher last weekend. I was able to have them price match hh gregg who was running an 11% off coupon. It was delivered yesterday.

When I initially purchased the range was on sale fore $749 and with the price match I got it for $675.

Just today, BB had the same range on sale for $599. Their price match policy states if their price drops within the 15 day return date, you can get a price match for the difference.

Called customer service today and she stated since I already received one price match, she cannot process another and I cannot get reimbursed for the difference. I then said, what if I return and rebuy at the lower price and she said that would be fine.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Seems crazy they have the policy, but not honor it when the time comes.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I told them in the past I would just return it and buy it again and they decided to match the price. They would end up selling it for less as an open box. What you can do is buy it at the sale price and let them know you want to return the other one and they will pick it up at the same time.

This is best.

If they wont break the rule and price match a second time than unfortunately you do have to return and buy again. its dumb. Walmart is way more flexible and better since its a 90 day return instead of 15 (30 for elite and looks like they added another category elite plus at 45 days) for most items and 14 for cell phones regardless of status.
