that is a great deal! I worked for Toyota as a sales person and I've never seen that. the LE is in the neighborhood of $30,000. at $20. per thousand witch is a rough estimate. that is a great deal, even if you are a well qualified buyer. but if you are good, you might be able to get close to $300 with little to nothing down. but you have to have (A) credit.

I recommend no down payment leases...if the car is totaled, you walk away and just get another one without losing that down payment

I just got a quote for $290 per month for an LE sign and drive - no money down, no fees and sales tax is included in that amount. Requires strong credit. The XLE quote I got was for $399 per month. This is in the Boston area.

The advertised Toyota deal is still the LE deal that the OP posted, but better deals are available if you email a few dealers.

Forget the sienna, they destroy the tires after 20k. It has run flats and run about 1k every 2 years to replace.

We have done better than 20k but not much on our 2011 Sienna. That said we really like it! And our last set of tires cost very little due to being prorated due to the horribly short life Smilie.

Where'd you buy them and what warranty did you get?

I bought them from the local stealership as they are an odd size and I needed them immediately. But I think any place works as it was the manufacturers warranty.

I've heard the sienna will be rough on tires. However, I've heard the same for the Honda van. its the result of making a large vehicle like this handle and feel like a car.

I heard someone say they went with pep boys tires I think and bought a warranty and replace them under a warranty about every 2 years for just a couple hundred out of pocket but don't know the particulars.

As for this lease, I am ANTI lease. However we just bought a new 2016 XLE Blizzard pearl in May and we love it so far. Rides great, super spacious, great features. I'll figure out tires in a couple years. we'll prob get 2 years out of a set, and maybe 25K miles.

Sounds like no need for michelins as it prob wont matter how fast they wear.

FYI< I haggled with 40 dealerships and one place beat all and noone would come close to matching it and we are paying $566 for 5 years. But I wont lease a paper cup, much less a car. When its paid off its ours.
