Yeah, it is a screwy link. Just search for it on the left column. There are lots of them.

I highly doubt you can find another laptop of this size for $84? Is the memory and HD replaceable? I bought this from BB a few months ago and was not satisfied? Can I satisfy myself thinking it was only $90?

The memory can be upgraded to 8gb max in a single slot. The storage is soldered into the motherboard, so cannot be upgraded. You will need an external USB for that. If you were not satisfied when it was $250 at Best Buy, you probably won't be satisfied now.

I think this is best for just surfing the web or for a middle school kid to do homework.

memory can upgraded max 4GB, not 8GB. Personal experience.

Also Crucial confirmed: http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/com...(3452-emmc)

$$$ would not make me satisfied at all since I would have expecatations. $$ would absolutely get me thrilled because all I want is a daily driver for browsing. Even a tablet is much more than this for daily browsing and I hate the touchscreen and attached keyboard.
14" screen makes me very happy too! I wonder how much dell would refund me if I told them I want to return it?

I was basing it on a review on Newegg.

Pros: The pros: very light, good battery life (CPU only 6w tdp), windows 10 pre-installed (if you think about it the license for win10 is 100 bucks alone). Dell says it'll take up to 4gb of ram - but it will take an 8gb SODIMM just fine.

A guy here has confirmed it took 8GB RAM.

There's a bunch of system with a regular 2,5" hard drives, and the service manual shows a bay for it. Are you sure it can't be added to the eMMC system?

I see. Well I didn't think it worth more than 4GB in this piece and don't want to mess up with the warranty either, since Dell only support max 4GB. Good to know.
