Yamaha offer a full 1 year warranty on all factory refurbs.

I LOVE this receiver. Bought it about a month ago and am really enjoying it.

Don't get it shipped. You won't be able to return it to a store if there's anything wrong with it. It took me 2 weeks to get this same receiver replaced because the customer service was so bad.

I've been looking for a decent 4K receiver for my basement for the past month, wanted a denon but couldn't get a decent deal with no Fry's by me. Luckily this will ship and I think it's a great deal for a basement system. Thanks OP!

One thing to note, this reciever is NOT hdcp 2.2 compliant. Meaning it won't load audio or video through HDMI with newer 4K content. Something to consider.

Was going to mention that about the HDCP 2.2 but you beat me to it! I have this receiver, it's great.. but not super future proof for 4K which I wasn't planning on moving onto until lightning fried the HDMI on my receiver and my TV. You can get around the HDCP issue by running SPDIF/optical from the blu-ray player to the receiver and then plugging the HDMI directly into the TV though. Just don't expect to use the receiver for switching inputs if you plan on playing HDCP 2.2 protected content.
