Limited time (until 3pm PDT 6/30) eBay Coupon: $15 Off $75+ to bring it down to $225

This phone takes USB-C connectors, this is the new kind that is flippable and doesn't work with anything else at the moment. The phone I just got from Google Fi came with a wall wart and USB-C cable with C connectors at both ends, meaning I couldn't even connect it to my PC. So plan on spending some additional $$ for new cables.

For a few seconds, it works great.

My 2013 Nexus 5 still gets the latest update. If any android would always get an update, it's the nexus.
The Nexus 6P does not exist in 16 GB variant, so I am not sure what specific deal you are talking about. Nexus 5X comes in 16/32 GB. Nexus 6P comes in 32/64/128 GB models. I doubt the Nexus 6P you purchased was new-in-box.

Edit: After looking at you history - you bought a Moto X Pure 16 GB model. It is not a Nexus device. It does not run "vanilla" Android OS with software updates directly from Google and lacks fingerprint sensor. The Moto X uses the same CPU as the Nexus 5X, but has 1 GB more RAM and a microSD slot. It is not better performing in terms of raw horsepower, only features. Not everyone wants a phablet sized device.

Which Nexus phone can always upgrade to the new OS. I'm thinking of switching to android but their phone only last 2-3 upgrades, not like the iphone that can upgrade the OS up to 4-5x.

You act like os is the most important thing. Like you don't need to upgrade it if it is working great. Also Iphones do not upgrade 4-5 times they do like 3-4 usually 3. Also Nexus is the most likely to be upgraded since google oes the updates. WIth other phones you have to hope the provider is nice. Worst case you install the upgrade yourself with a rom.

And I believe this will work with ANY carrier also. Only downside for me would be lack of removable battery. Specs are decent and support is going to be found for the foreseeable future. Good choice.

Lol. You don't want the iPhone upgrading 4-5x.

Just look at all the complaints.

Well, I want to use android but I don't know which phone can be upgraded every time their is a new OS update. Someone told me, get a nexus phone, is this true that you no longer needed to change your phone once you have a nexus phone?

Google nexus phones get updates quicker and generally the most updates per life of the phone. so if you are solely interested in updates as a criteria for a phone you are correct.
