Maybe describe them as "gas welding...", not just "welding..." since you'll go blind using them for anything but gas processes.

Agreed! Definitely not for MIG, ARC, etc. Walmart should have made that clear.

Anyone who ordered get a ship confirmation yet? Mine still say processing with delivery scheduled for tomorrow, but not shipped yet it says. Wonder if these orders will be cancelled by Walmart soon?

With a search engine, you'll find the answer. I highly recommend you become familiar with the technology. I think the most authoritative is the NASA article that references a bunch of sources at the bottom of the article to back up its information.
