Compatible with All Major Cable providers: Comcast Xfinity, Time Warner, Cox, Charter, and others
Download speeds up to 686 Mbps
Upload speeds up to 131 Mbps
16 download & 4 upload channels

Needed a new modem. Reviews indicate it has a newer chipset that runs cooler. Amazon reviews seem very favorable (but $9.00 cheaper with no tax at NE).

fyi; remember Zoom ?
they are the ones making these "Motorola" modems.
Arris has motorola's old model designs,
while Zoom simply bought their marketing name.

I bought this a few months ago to replace a zoom 5341J that was having some issues. So far, it's been really solid with my Time Warner 30/5 connection. I generally get 36/6. Diagnostics screen is accessible from the main modem login menu, unlike the zoom, which required knowing the URL of the diagnostic page and s repeated login to the modem screens to get to it.

Yep, MDMJNX06 didn't work for me either. Been waiting for a 16 channel modem to go on sale. I guess I'll continue waiting.
