The only review I can find on it from Amazon was 10 days ago and were not positive. I post it here for posterity:

"I actually bought it at Walmart for about $50. The only nice thing is the set-up is easy. The sound could've been wonderful (decent highs, mids and lows). I love bass and would've been satisfied if it had worked properly. The sub-woofer sound goes in and out, shuts off, then works fine for a day or two...horrible.If you want to save some money and have something you MIGHT have to tinker with to get it to work, go ahead and take a chance. You could possibly get one that works fine. Could just be the Bluetooth. The sound bar is fine but the remote never worked for me (even with a new CR2025 battery). I just want something reliable I can plug-n-play. I didn't want to have to search for Youtube vids to find a way to fix the sub. issue. Is that so wrong? Save yourself and buy something else."

I purchase a Haier SB-BT21 sound bar. When I received the item it looked GREAT unfortunately the remote did not work. Since I liked the looks of the product and Haier was a good brand, I called them to resolve the problem. I spoke to a representative and after some troubleshooting; she said she would send a replacement remote. After waiting a week or so and still not receiving the replacement, I called customer service again only to find that the first representative "forgot" to process the order. This representative processed it and I received the replacement in a couple of days. Much to my dismay, that remote did not work either so I called for a 3rd time and the representative did more troubleshooting and decided to send another remote. A few days later it arrived and it did not work either. I called customer service for the 4th time and that person said it was the unit itself and needed to be replaced. I was told that forms would be emailed to me to be returned for the exchange. Two days later I still did not have the forms so another call was made. That representative emailed the forms within minutes. I filled out the forms, took pictures of the sound bar, gathered the receipts and emailed them back as instructed. A week later, after not hearing anything, I called Customer Service and amazingly found out that they did have everything needed and would begin processing the exchange. An hour or so later I received an email saying that I would get a PARTIAL refund that would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. I replied that I was not asking for a refund, especially a partial one but I would like an exchange of the unit. She said the refund was offered because that unit was not in stock and to call the executive office if I needed further assistance. I did call and spoke to Travis. I started to explain the situation when he cut me off and said that they don't have that product or any other for exchange. His reply was we don't manufacture them and asked if I wanted the refund and if I did it would take 30 days to process. Bottom line, Haier does not stand behind their products. I will never purchase a Haier product again.
