Thread Details

My BK had advertised this promotion on its electronic board, definitely NOT a local deal. It said it was this weekend (2nd-3rd), but I don't recall if it went through the 4th as well. I'll check back in.

Pretty solid. The dogs are tasty, but IMHO, not worth the menu price. They're worth the dollar, though.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I was in my nasty local grocery store this past weekend. They had refrigerated packages of eight hotdogs for $0.49. That's cheap. Probably better quality pink slime than the B.K.

Cool, so post that deal. And don't spout myths, BK doesn't use 'pink slime':

Leave it to BK to screw up a hotdog. Note worth it if they were free. Disappointed customer!

Are the BK condiments better than average?

What about vehicle gas, wear and tear on vehicle, taxes, distracted driving while eating?

8 buns $1.50
toppings everyone has at home
15 seconds in microwave

I don't get why people hate these dogs so much as if the regular bk burger patties were healthier. I tries these and they just taste like regular hotdogs.

because they charge way to much at regular price, even in this deal. I can get a monster size hotdog 2-3x as big as thiers with a large drink for $1.79 and samsclub

But that means having to walk into a Sams Club - a pretty steep price to pay...

Plus "Pink Slime"... aka "Lean Beef Trimmings (LBT)" don't really work well when making hot dogs. Frozen trimmings of any type tend to lead to binding issues - as least as it applies to All-Beef formulations.

That said - turkey and chicken franks can be / and often are made from MSM - mechanically separated meat.

People saying who has time to make hotdogs are hilarious! 8 hotdogs and buns are about $1.90 total. Throw them in a toaster oven for 10 minutes on broil.

People are incredibly stupid and lazy... What's next, people are going to buy water, like what comes out of the faucet?....
