It is the lowest price for its pressure washer I've ever seen, got a Pulsar generator 2 years ago and still in good shape. Nice find!

This has been just under $70 for about a year at my local Kmart.

I have one and it is not really that powerful. I have recently been having problems with the wand spraying either only at zero degrees or spraying too wide.

I got a gas pressure washer for $74 at walmart so I only use this for small projects but even for those this thing sometimes doesn't cut it.

hmmm, that's good to know, thanks. My deck doesn't have any huge stains, I try to keep up with it. At the same time, I don't want it to take 3 hours to clean a small deck, even without stains.

would this be good to use for a car with oily grease spilled on it?

I believe it is fine, my opinion is electric pressure is more home friendly for wash car, deck and small area, gas pressure is complicated to fill and maintain, I agree gas version is powerful, but for patio area, car and deck, user friendly is above any other factor, I couldn't image to carry a 50+ lb gas machine to switch between front yard for car wash and back yard for deck&patio.
