Hi, first deal in a while for me. I was at my local HD and found these lights on clearance at $7.53 a piece. They are the white tunable ones (can change color temperature), not the RGB ones, but still seemed like a good deal. I was able to pick up a few at another store too. Hopefully its not just a regional things and others can get in on the deal.

Link to bulbs (normal price is $30, can be found on Amazon for $20):

Of course me purchasing these at a steep discount meant I had to splurge on a Smartthings Hub, so YMMV on the $$ you spend!

Hope this is helpful to someone.

RGB can be tuned to any color you want, this bulb can only be tuned to various shades of white (bluish white to yellow-white)

Otherwise known as warm vs daylight, or anything in-between. I have the RGB ones that can also change color. I believe they were $10 at Home Depot on clearance, normally something around $40. Only one HD near me had them on clearance though.

I don't believe you can tune the color with ST, from what I'm reading online.

I have these bulbs with the ST hub as well. I see how to tune individual bulbs in the ST app, but is there a way to group the lights and change the colors together?

I sure hope so... I have 11 of them altogether, was planning on using four in a room and it would be nice to be able to group them. If anyone has any info on this would appreciate.

I only have one of these so far so I can't test for myself yet, however this looks promising: https://community.smartthings.com...vice/11282

Geez, I'm starting to learn that Smartthings isn't exactly easy to set up with stuff like this...Seems like lots of tinkering... hopefully its wife-friendly to use once completed.
