What a PoS.
Need to install the spyware app.
Need to provide phone number to verify.

Could install it in a sandbox... and could try using Google Voice, Burner app, a spare R+ phone... but this is probably more than the average person would know how to/be willing to do

Good find. Will ask the family if we need it

sandbox won't work. This spyware app is very smart.

If you load an image of Windows in something like Oracle VM Virtual box, then that should work no problem.
If I still have it installed, I'll update my post if it works. Don't see why it wouldn't; it doesn't know the difference

Edit: It works just fine, however from previous experiences, I'm sure that you can't use Google Voice for this. Burner app or a spare Ringplus account would probably work, but burner costs something like $4.99 per month, and not everyone has a spare R+ phone.

Also, there is no special software required... you just need to be texted a code, you enter the code, then you can print your coupon.

Thanks for the tips, it just seems a bit too involved to save $3.

I don't think it is necessary to use a virtualbox for this, as there isn't software/browser stuff that needs to be installed

I don't make a lot of money, so I don't mind personally...

You don't need to use a VM - I just tried from the start with it because holic said there's software... but I wasn't asked to install any.

Just use your number. That's the only real risk here imo, and probably not a huge one. I didn't use my full name for the voucher either.

I don't know if this is free (I have the subscription), but I would suggest a free throwaway email account forward thing like Blur (it gives you a disposable email that forwards to whichever email address of yours - and the disposable email can be deleted/stop forwarding at any time)
https://chrome.google.com/webstor...ekcd?hl=en

Otherwise, there's guerrilla mail which probably would work as a temporary email:
https://www.guerrillamail.com/

Finally, for those mega couponers: it's possible that you can get cashback savings with ibotta on this. (I think someone saved around $1.50 last Purex deal)... I'm too tired to look, but will probably try tomorrow(?) when the target code is active

There's no rebate in ibotta for Purex specifically, but there is an any brand rebate for laundry detergent.

do I have to print out a physical paper coupon or will target accept a screenshot/digital coupon as well?

Not 100% sure, but I think Target at least *prefers* actual physical coupons, since it makes the rebate process easier.

I would print them out
