These watches feature a 1970's style cushion design which lay flatter on your wrist.

Agreed. I can see what they were going for here, but I don't think that many people can really pull this look off. It looks like low-end 1960's office furniture.

Well, I actually like the cushion case style. For me though, I prefer the classic size which is around 38mm to 40mm.

I like the cushion case. Some are very nice [rakuten.co.jp] and classic. It is the face that I find dated.

I have no desire to relive the 60s or the 70s. I'll leave that to Austin Powers and The Nice Guys.

The funny thing is that the front page deal was $90 and got tons of thumbs up. However, it did have two styles. I am assuming that everyone went for the other style given the number of thumbs down this time round. Still, it is the same watch.

Yeah, many people don't check previous deals and prices.
But Sharers do know it's a better price when post the deal. Others don't care about it. Feel sad?

Malaysian mechanical movement? Pass. Great deal if you really like the look, but it's not very pretty IMHO.

I personally think that it's a pretty good looking watch. It's got that classy feel to it. I'm guessing that those who criticize this watch by calling it 60's style are young people that have yet to acquire more of an adult taste.
