more like syruped down! starbucks burn!

that being said, you could try asking them to use less ice or pay to add a shot of espresso. i think that the normal recipe is meant to be more like a dessert than an actual coffee drink, but i'm sure they'd be happy to customize it to your liking.

They definitely are - and like everything - loaded with sugar as well (50+ grams in a Grande). I'm not the health police; personally I think everything in moderation is fine. Just wish the information below was widely available so people could make informed decisions.
