Since AZ has several unique stores (Basha's is only in AZ and our Albies is owned by the LLC) we'll just make this thread about all of the deals we find. Smilie

Talking to myself again. Where is everybody??????????

I have a coupon for a free any Dreyer's 1.5 qt product or larger. Up to $7.99. Has anyone seen anything Dreyers LARGER than 1.5 qt? Hate to waste it on a quart and a half if there is something larger out there. LOL.
I have not seen anything larger than 1.5 qts in a Dreyers product.

It does seem really quiet in here, correlates with all of the wonderful deals at the stores??

We are still saving on many things, thanks to all of you coupon fairies, you know who you are! When our ability to get out, and our resources are limited the help is so appreciated, thanks again!

Thanks

Well, if you hear voices answering you and no one is around, REALLY start worrying! LMAO

Maybe check with Smart & Final since they accept Q's and carry larger sizes.

Pet lovers, check your SWs for markdowns. I have been to several stores and scored some good deals

8lb pound Purina dog food marked down to 6$ (red bag)
yellow box Purina one beyond cat food down to 1.60
iams cat food marked to 4$
purina kitten chow market to 2.50

we have Qs for most those items and I even had some high value ones
and a couple of the 5$ off 50 SWQs (thanks Desertflower!!)
You can score some great deals !!!

Kaytee $2 coupon from Sunday's insert won't scan or won't apply to the $2.08 seed string at Walmart. And new policy they won't take if it doesn't scan. It's the new coding. I thought all WM were updated by now????

Otherwise, got some wonderful CA 99¢ strawberries PMing Sprouts current ad.

We were very disappointed with the raspberries from Fry's this week. Limp. moldy. Should have taken them back.

Thanks. Funny how they're all medicine coupons, then at the end boom Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom.

Not sure if this applies to anyone besides happpy feet on this forum, but Safeway in Sahuarita had back to school Nestle Tollhouse sugar cookie dough on overstock clearance for 99c in that large refrigerated container near the dairy products. They only had a couple left. It should be free with various coupons out there. The Driscoll raspberries at Frys still rang up for me at 88c even though the 3 day sale was supposed to end yesterday. But the cashier promo matched each coupon at 88c, so no overage.

Anyone know how long the 99c sale is on for on-the-go Shamrocks at Frys? [shamrockfarms.net]

Update: from a WM blog I was told they are still updating registers thru October. Bummer that they refuse insert coupons becaouse of their outdated machines. Anyone know of west side WM that have updated cash registers?

Slim pickings at Fry's Senior Day. Very Slim. If you need pool acid a 2 gallon box is marked down to $5.99. And that 10% home item came off, even tho it was supposed to be for $10 or more purchase. And then the senior came off of the $5.39, so $4.85. Haven't seen pool acid that price for years.

And yep, that $1 floral came off down below with the mfg coupons - not attached to anything. So be sure to load it.

Made money on some free coupons, since I got the senior discount but he took off the shelf price. Nice. Aso those 35¢ Shamrock chocolate milk adjusted to the 99¢ shelf prince and not the senior discount price.

Nope. Looked again today. Our Ghetto store doesn't carry that one you mentioned. Nor does the one a little further away.
I'm loving that free Shamrock chocolate milk tho. Altho, what do they have in it for a shelf life that long?

I was wondering that too so I looked up the FAQs on their site. Here's what they say:
"Shamrock Farms uses a process called ultra-pasteurization – or extended shelf life (ESL) – to produce our single-serve milks, Essentials™ and Half & Half (32 oz. size and smaller). This simply means the milk is heated to 285º F for four seconds, as opposed to traditional pasteurization, where the milk is heated to at least 170º F for a minimum of 20 seconds.

As a result of this process and our airtight safety seal, our milk stays fresh on the shelves for much longer. And this ESL process has no effect on its taste or contents. In fact, the only thing we add in some of our milks are the vitamin fortifications you read on the label.

Remember, as with all of our farm-fresh dairy products, once you remove the freshness seal, we recommend you enjoy our milk within seven days."

What I don't understand then is why ALL milk doesn't use ultra pasteurization if it's so much better than traditional pasteurization.

Thanks for that info. The key here I guess is once it's opened to use it within 7 days. Appears as if it doesn't stay good as long once opened as does our regular milk? I always finish one of those little bottles when opened, so haven't tested that.
