Careful with these. Bootloop issues can be a major PITA.

About $80 more than what I've seen for a used one. Seems like a fair price. Plus a one year warranty and from what I did read at least LG will repair the phone for free if you do get the boot loop issue. I read in a couple unverifiable sources that phones made after October of last year don't have the issue. Can't tell the date of manufacturing without the serial number though.

Would I be better off waiting for the H810 AT&T branded phone for AT&T? Or would this phone work just as well as the H810 on AT&T's network?

Absolutely no deal here.
1)There is huge risk of the bootloop happening and since it's from ebay you cant be sure how LG will handle the warranty.
2) No guarantee the replaced phone will not repeat the issue.
3) All last years flagships dropping in price steadily.
4) Bootloader locked not sure how fast the updates will come
5) Battery life is not upto the mark.

I picked up a G4 US991 last month "Like New" for $150 with a phone case included. I have it on Freedompop using the free 200MB/month global data + talk plan.

Replacement battery was $10 with free shipping from LG.com + another $10 for a charging cradle.
