where was your computer made ?
It's $13 what do you really expect. For the money this is a decent knife. No it doesn't compare to a $250 made in the USA Benchmade or Spyderco.
3cr13 steel is not good steel, believe it or not there is some decent Chinese steel, this just happens to NOT be one of them. anything 8 or above is ok.
3Cr13, in 420 grade series, it contains 420A 420B 420C 420D. 3Cr13 steel is 420B, EN 1.4028 / DIN X30Cr13, 52HRC Approx after heat treatment.

A qualifier these days is I will never buy a knife with a slippery handle again. G10 or another checked surface only. On 1 side all mine are smooth so the clip doesn't stick during deployment. So much easier to hold on to than this knife.

Love Kershaw knives. Have several, mostly of the Ken Onion variety (Leek, Blur). This is a great price and you won't go wrong with the knife.

I have a knife that looks just like this one, though I'm not sure where I got it from. It's pretty great as a utility knife around the house.

Every single Kershaw I have is U.S. made. If you wait until BF you can get Leek for $7 bucks more. Check Cabelas and Amazon as they compete against each other.
