Not sure what "PE Bag" is but one user question is answered as followed

Question: What does "Pe Bag" mean and how is this product different than the other 3" inseam boxer brief on offer (which I have previously purchased)?

Answer: Pretty sure it refers to how it's packaged. There are other items I've ordered from Amazon that say PE Bag and they come in a plastic baggie instead of a hard plastic or cardboard box packaging.

Not sure. I ordered these, as well as others of the same kind, just in different colors. They are all the same. They all came folded up in clear bags, maybe that's what it's referring to (how it is packaged)

I think it means the plastic bag packaging.

I actually bought several different Saxx boxers in Marshalls for 7.99, definitely superior to exofficio

saxx are great! they are definitely more expensive though. That being said I wouldn't buy them without my wife's employee discount. Haha

Small was as well this morning. Of course, as with most everything on Amazon, the price has jumped around all day.

For alternative, try a pair of Uniqlo Airism Mesh boxer briefs, regular price is $9.90: http://www.uniqlo.com/us/product/...69641.html

Not sure why everyone goes crazy over exefficio. I only think they're good for traveling because you can wash them easily in the sink. Other than that, I think they're uncomfortable, pouch area sucks cause it's always rubbing against you and gets swampy.

Different strokes for different folks I guess. I can hardly tell I'm wearing them.
