NOTE: This is Minoxidil, NOT Propecia/finasteride, which has some potentially serious side effects in a small percentage of users. I encourage anyone to discuss options with a real doctor, not trust opinions posted on the internet, but as far as I was able to research, there aren't any serious side effects of using topical Minoxidil (Rogaine).

This product isn't listed on the manufacturer's website, although they have a line of very similar products...this might have been a small run or for a limited market. There are only three reviews on Amazon for this specific product, although there are a lot of reviews for similar products by this manufacturer. It seems to be a good product by a reputable brand, as far as I can tell.

Is this a well-known brand? ~Same price as sam's club but i've heard sams brand of liquid is not well-liked. Currently using foam, might switch.

PS: yes I have an alert for rogaine. Starting to thin in mid 30's!

Based on the Amazon reviews and previous thread comments (linked in the OP), this appears to be a good product by a reputable company.

I've never used or researched rogaine, this was sort of an impulse buy for me (I bought 2 for a 1 year supply/test).

I use the Sam's club brand foam too, it's the cheapest off brand foam I've found. Just FYI, if you have been using the foam, the liquid sucks ass. The foam is so much easier to apply and it doesn't run all down your head and neck. Just my opinion as a 10+ year user of minoxodil.

Minoxidil had propylene glycol in it, which is a carcinogen and makes it greasy and smell bad. The solution is to buy foam and melt it in the cap before applying it. It melts in sink hot water in seconds in the cap. It's odorless and not greasy this way with less cancer.

You're welcome.
