I have the 27" version from the sale a few weeks ago.

Very attractive monitor with a thin bezel.

vomitI missed out on a number of HP 25 inch monitors which were on sale a few months ago for $150. After the price jumped back to $200 and a few at $190, my 6+ year old Acer started acting up (Murphys law). Kudos to Acer, as it's been running 14 hours a day for the 6+ years. Checked BB yesterday and they had the HP 25es on sale for $120 with free shipping. I picked mine up today and out of the box it blew my socks off. Haven't even downloaded the latest updates or tweaked anything. Footprint is almost the same as my 23 inch Acer, due to thin bezel. It's 10 PM PST now and I just checked the BB main site and it's still there at $120. If you search there site for "HP25es" it does not come up. Use "T3M82AA#ABA" or their SKU: 5029703. Unfortunately I am in California so got hit with tax and CA. recycle fee. On the plus side I used my Citibank double card so, I get 2% back an d more importantly 2 years additional on the warranty. Get em while thay are still available.

Just bought this a few hours ago. Probably the best 1080p IPS screen I've ever seen and for the price, it's a steal. Very aesthetically pleasing, the stand is made of solid metal, and bezels are very thin. The only thing that could've made the monitor better would have been more flexibility in swiveling the stand, but otherwise this monitor is solid. If I had a little more money to spend, I would've bought a second one

I agree. Just picked up two of these bad boys yesterday and I am speechless. Amazing quality. I was specifically looking for HP monitors as their Pavilion series has great reviews on Amazon. I don't know why more people haven't commented on this deal!

Do these look good as a dual display? I can never really tell how thick the bezel is

Replaced my pair of 23" TN panels. These are a nice upgrade. Was looking for these features:

- somewhat bigger screen
- upgrade to IPS
- thinner bezels (these are 1/2"... would love 1/4" but you would have to pay higher)
- thin and lightweight
- better viewing angle (auto upgrade by just going IPS from TN)

I also like the simple bezel/frame/base support.

A couple of features it's missing: mounting support, DVI & display port, & height adjustment.

If you don't need those features, it's a good deal.

Lastly, it actually comes with an hdmi cable.

I bought two, but return both today. Price is very good, but display panel quality is so so. I have a LG 24" 1080p put side-by-side to compare, HP 25es image quality is not that good. And the lowest brightness setting is not low enough, my eyes feel strained quickly in a dark room. Anyone know which display panel this HP model use?
