iOS app keeps logging out.

On both my iPhone and my iPad, I keep getting logged out, which of course doesn't allow me to get any notifications. It's been ongoing for quite some time now, but lately it's happening every single day.

Currently No issues here for me on both my iPhone's or iPad. I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the sd app and signing out on both devices as well.

I've tried that twice in the past month, and that hasn't helped anything.

Hi - We are aware of this issue and to date have been unable to determine the root cause. It impacts a small percentage of our users and we're not sure why. One think I'm wondering is how many different devices you are logged into Slickdeals from: iPad, iPhone, and any others? (desktop?). Are you being logged out after you return to the app after a session? Do you leave it on in the background or do you completely close the app? Any detail you could provide would help us diagnose the issue.

Apologies this has been an ongoing issue; we are working to resolve.

Mostly just iPad and iPhone, rarely do I use the desktop. I leave it on in the background, and it's not after a session from another device, because I've had it happen on my iPhone without opening the app anywhere else. If I do pull up SD in the mobile browser, or the desktop, I'm always online there, and it's very rare that I ever have to log in again.

Had to log in to iPhone app yesterday afternoon, haven't used the iPad app or website since then, and had to log in again just now. Again, it was left running in the background like always, the only time I "force quit" an app is if it's a streaming app.

Okay thanks. Can you let me know what version of iOS you are on? As well as which phone? This one has been very difficult for us to determine

iOS 9.3.2 (13F69), iPhone 6s. Also happening in iOS 9.3.2 on my iPad mini 4.

I've been force quitting the app every time I close it for the past four days, and it hasn't logged me out so far. I still have not used the iPad app or website in the past week. Not sure it that helps any.

It's been a week and a half, and force quitting the app after each use seems to be the key. It's annoying, because I don't like doing that, but I've stayed logged in for 10 days now. Hope this helps.

Okay thanks very much. We are making progress in diagnosing the root cause of this issue. It may have to do with how we handle how the app transitions from Wi-Fi to cellular data - in any case this is our top bug in the iOS app and will let you know when we have resolved. Thanks for the info and again for your patience.

I frequently get logged out on my ipad mini 4 and iphone 6s. It happens less frequently in the past month but just today had to log in on both devices.

I've been on the latest ios 9.xx until last week i started using beta 10 build 4, 5 and now 6.
