Verizon Smart Rewards is offering 10 issues of FamilyFun Magazine for 1000 points and -$6 (meaning they pay you $6). This gives you a $6 discount on any merchandise you order, making the anti-slip pad cost 300 points and $0.

Instructions:
  • Click here [verizonwireless.com] and log in with your Verizon Wireless account.
  • Once Signed in, locate and click on the 'Daily Deal' banner
  • Add the FamilyFun magazine to cart
  • Search for "Anti-Slip Accessory Holder" and add it to your cart
  • Proceed through checkout. Total should be free if you added a $6 or less item

I wonder why your order with a $50 staples gift card is cheaper than an Applebee's $50 gift card (2x $25). it tells me 39.59

it's actually charging me tax .45c

Edit: instead of getting the antislip mat which would be very useful since I lost my last one. I just got a second magazine so it ended up being completely free.

it was weird - it actually charge me negative sales tax. i think on the -$6 it charged me negative tax.

Maybe try to add your other thing first, and then go back and add the magazine to get the negative sales tax (that's all I can think that I did).
