Hmm, good deal but they had a Sony 64gb Sd card at Amazon for 15$ damn should have bought this for my alpha6000. Already have a 32gb but those Raw images eat up a lot of space.

Uhhhhh, if you're shooting RAW on an a6000 and finding that you're out of space, you're doing it wrong. I shoot RAW 99.9999% of the time (have for 12 years on all my cameras) and I use 32gb cards all the time on my a6000.

Frankly unless you just "spray and pray" all the time, I can't fill 32gb in a day. If you're on a trip and you only have one card, you should still be offloading daily, or as close to as possible. When you fill a card, put in another.

I do use 64gb cards too, but I wouldn't stop using 32gb cards and if there was a great deal on a FAST card (I don't know that this is either), I'd still buy it.

My last GSkill 16gb card lasted about a year with 3-4 uses.. I want to return it for a replacement just to piss them off. Big Grin

Kind of presumptuous to assume others are doing it wrong and you're doing it right. "Spray and pray"? Seriously? One of the biggest advantages of the digital age is that you can just shoot away. Some of my best shots were hidden in a batch of 50 shots in a row of portraits. Anyway, I'm not saying you are doing it wrong, but at least accept that everyone shoots differently. And yes, I can easily fill up a 32GB in a few hours shooting RAW.

Presumptuous? Not really after a life time of shooting but by all means knock yourself out. laugh out loud

Radically different philosophies and you might as well be shooting video and culling frames.

Pulling pictures from videos? Ok....

By all means, keep telling us how long you have been taking pictures, I'm not going there, but you don't know how much experience us here have.

Oh, I think most people already know that answer to the question of "how much experience us here have", but it doesn't matter.

Like I said, knock yourself out..LMAO

Sometimes (on a phototrip, if you know what that is Big Grin) you do not have the possibility to save your pictures on your computer so 32gb for a 3 day trip is not much. Picturing a T-storm I just put it on 3 sec. loop and delete the bad ones. 32gb are easy to fill up.
I rather take one more picture as one less. I can still delete them later.

No, I don't. What's a "photo trip"? Is that something like where you take photos on a trip, maybe even in other countries that you travel to and stay for weeks and shoot every day? Nope, never heard of that, so perhaps you can explain it to me.

I've never heard of Time lapse shooting either, so perhaps I need to know about that too. Smilie
