And you shouldn't waste your time posting if you can't take the two minutes needed to verify your own claims. All of the Note 4 variants have already received or will receive updates to Android 6.

The excellent condition say "REFURB" while the good says "USED_VERY_GOOD" which tells me these are seller refurbs aka used. Still if you can use the points it's not terrible, but not that great either.

The AT&T variant OTA software upgrades are blocked outside the AT&T data network. You need an AT&T SIM with a working data plant to request the update. This isn't the case for T-Mobile variant, which allows updates regardless of the SIM card installed in the device (not locked to data network).

Note 4 is a good phone no doubt and has expandable storage and removable battery. However, as a 2014 phone, the camera can't keep pace comparatively with the newest batch of 2015/2016 phones. At the time, Note 4 camera was among the best. You may think it's just a year difference but between 2014 and 2015, cameras made a huge jump in quality, especially in low light capability. If having the best camera is important to you, get a newer phone. If you're okay with 2014 technology camera, then Note 4 is fine.

no flagship phone cameras really offer an advantage except s7 in low light.

using a note 4 right now, loving the embrace of 5.7" oled screen, I bought the Nexus 5x during the b&h sale but I just can't stand LCD screen after spoiled by motox. this note 4 should keep me from searching for another phone for a while as long as it doesn't explode

Considering picking up one of these because I'm using mine with a VR headset and have to keep switching out the SD card each day... and the phone goes dead if I forget to disconnect it from the headset after a long run of Gunjack =)
