I've had this phone, its really bad, very buggy. Also GoPhone is pretty pricey compared to other prepaid services.

Calling throttled data after capping unlimited is deceptive.

Can't complain for $10 for a month of service. Easy to resell the phone for $20 locally.

I prefer to not deal with the hassle of fielding CL emails and wasting time to drive/meet/possibly not sell b/c the buyer "didn't bring enough cash."

It's actually "free $45 refill card with <i>purchase any AT&T GoPhone smartphone and a $45 GoPhone card</i>"; meaning you got to pay for the phone and $45 refill card first, then get another $45 refill card for free.

Obscure language in that BB's promotion.

I can confirm this. $45 was not taken off on the first card. When a second $45 refill card was added to the same transaction, the amount was taken off.
