It's from tomorrow's promo deals [frys.com] (7/6/16). No one has a code yet.

Limit five rebate cards per product line per person
- from the rebate form. The ad also says limit 5, so you should be good to use one code on 5 fans and then submit 5 rebates (er.. or one rebate for 5 fans anyway.)

Have either of you guys done these Enermax rebates recently? I've done them before when it was Limit 1 Per Household and fulfilled by Worldwide Rebates (4MyRebate.com). However, now the processor has changed to VelocityCX (RebateAccess.com)

My observations:
Yes, the rebate limit shows 5 per household (for each item on the form [frys.com]) and yes, the rebate registration form matches: HERE [rebateaccess.com]

Rebates will be issued in the form of a prepaid card. Limit (15) rebate card(s) per address.

However, when you go to actually register, it only lets you select 1 item of the 3 on the form, and only a quantity of 1.

Additionally, the rebate registration form asks for the product serial # for each Case Fan.

So, with that said, it doesn't seem possible right now to register for the 5 claims on one form. Instead you would have to submit each claim separately. To me, it seems like they should change the way the form works, let us select up to 5 per item, and then have separate fields for each serial # for the fans.

I haven't actually. I passed on this deal altogether since it was in-store only. I also didn't want to use 5 stamps for the max submissions (because I'm so cheap).

I just found this out too. I bought 5 each of the 80mm and 140mm fans but like you said, the online rebate form only let you register one each. So anyone else who bought the fans want to chime in and let us know how you're doing the rebates?

I wonder if I use the pdf rebate form from Fry's instead of doing it online, I can submit 5x UPCs in one rebate? I might just return them all and not take the risk. $50 is too much to take a chance.

it is a hassle to register each individually but it seems like they want you to do so. The mail in form requires you to mail each individually...
"Limit one rebate submission per envelope unless otherwise stated."

so 1 form , 1 upc, 1 serial number, one receipt all in one envelope. Mail it in. Then go online and fill out the stuff individually for faster processing. So you still need to mail in.

Repeat. x 4

Seems simple to me.

..............from their webpage..........................
Q: Why do I have to register my rebate request online?

A: By registering for your rebate online you will ensure accurate and timely processing of your rebate. However, any required proofs of purchase must still be mailed or uploaded to the website? in order to properly validate your claim.

?when paperless submit is available

I would suggest just filling out the form manually or with a PDF editor and sending 5 UPCs + 5 Serial #'s with your submission.

There's no reason to pay 5 times the postage simply because their website designers can't figure out how to properly set-up an online registration form.

Unfortunately, you'll have to rely on their e-mail notifications or do a search by name/address to figure out once they receive your submission because you won't have a Tracking # in hand until they enter it. Frown

Too lazy to go back to Fry's so I'm just going to do the rebate using the PDF form that we both thought of. Even if the rebates for both types of fans are denied, $5 per fan is not bad. I can always sell a couple to recoup some costs.
