These were $40 about two months ago, this being the largest of a series of recent price drops, and the lowest price ever per CCC. Good price for 100W and daylight color.

Good price OP. I have CREE, Philips, and Sylvania/Osram LED bulbs of different types, and have had good experiences with all of them over the past couple years.

* A tip for those near a Menards...they have 100W Sylvania LED bulbs everyday (at least near me) for around $6-$7/each in single packs, usually with a rebate that makes them a bit cheaper as well if you buy enough to make the rebate worth the time. They have the same lumen output, power consumption, and warranty length as the Philips, and look almost identical. Something to consider if you only need one or two, don't have prime, prefer to shop at menards, whatever it may be.

Just thought I'd share Smilie

2700K-3000K is the color of most incadescent bulbs. So if you like that warm yellow tradiational light these are not for you.

5000K is cool white. More of a pure white might have a slight blue tint to it.

typically, I like the cooler light temp in the garage but warm inside/outside the house.
