I've been watching the price on this TV, and Best Buy just dropped it down to $119.99. Free expedited shipping, and not available in stores. (I believe this is sold in stores, just isn't being discounted there. Maybe a response to Amazon's Hisense sale).

Specs

Resolution: 1366 x 768 (yes, lower res, but fine for a 32" tv)
Refresh Rate: 60Hz
Connectors
3x HDMI
1x Composite
1x USB

I purchased this TV over the weekend but discovered they it wouldn't update to the latest version of Roku which is needed for PlayStation Vue. Supposedly the updated version of Roku is coming, but no eta. Very disappointing so I returned it and got a non-roku/smart TV and a Roku stick instead. Otherwise very nice set for the price.

Thanks was tempted just to try a smart tv. I'll hold out for bigger & better.

be careful - in the description it says it's 1080p, but in the specs it says only 720. I almost bit until I saw this. yes, I'm picky and want 1080. kinda figured price was too good though.

I just got this. And then took it back because it got cheaper. And now it got cheaper again! I already set it up, I don't want to take it back. If I just bring back the receipt, maybe box, will they adjust the price?

About the tv, I just needed something simple to use infrequently in the bedroom, so it works for us. I like the simple remote.

Making the switch to Playstation Vue. For $40 the Roku Stick is a great deal. I noticed that some Roku boxes were $70-80. I'm now considering Roku TV if I could get a used, basic one at $150. However, I feared what happened to you. I think the simpler thing is to keep TV and streaming device separate.

I thought these were about the speed of last year's Roku 3? Can anyone confirm if they are significantly slower? Any app troubles?

Good deal, almost bit, but I think I'll wait for a sale on Amazon and use Discover cashback.

I have one and a Roku 3. Both are quick with only a small difference between the two. This is a GREAT set for the price.

Issues (by no means deal breakers for me):

1) You can't remove the Movie and TV "stores" from the main menu like you can on a stand-alone Roku
2) No earphones through the remote
3) Remote is IR (line of sight) only
4) Factory color/tint calibration was horrible

720p is fine for a tv this size.

What you see a big difference is when you are in a menu. Higher resolution you see more of the menu.

Awesome, thanks!

>2) Is it possible to get the full-featured remote with the earphone plug and use it with this TV? Or a remote with a number pad or even a keyboard?
