Hmmmm, going to have to check out my local Costco. I know they have these, just not sure if they will be on sale. Although, it being a manufacturer's rebate, it would seem like it should be nationwide as long as they stock these at your Costco.

I have the Lowe's and HD version and they are tough. The HD version does seem like it has a thinner lid but still works for me since I'm not really beating them up. If you plan on stacking these, keep in mind that the lid patterns from different stores (Lowe's, HD, etc.) are different and don't stack neatly with each other.

Great find OP. These are awesome. Anyone notice they changed the design slightly? The first set I bought had the lid with a square pattern, while the second set has a diamond pattern (with a large diamond in the middle).

Regular price $7.99. Meh, ok deal, but not something I would drive to Costco for.

YMMV, my Costco (Milford, CT) had them for $8.49 with a $1.49 rebate on each one.

For anyone that is interested, Walmart clearance has a 4-pack of a very similar box widely discounted and in stock at ~$12 .

YMMV and B&M of course.
