Kaspersky Anti-Virus is a PC Magazine Editor's Choice: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2...689,00.asp

Kaspersky has different "levels" of protection software. I tend to run their Internet Security Protection package, but the primary features I use are in the Anti-Virus package. Compare here: http://www.kaspersky.com/compare

Also, you can buy this software and activate it whenever you need it. Simply create an account at center.kaspersky.com. Within your account you can "load" the activation code from the product you buy (as it is, the product you receive is basically just the activation/key code). You can then view all of your products that are available to activate, and separately see all of the devices that you are using the product on. Personally, I try to get the 5-Device Internet Security package when it comes up and keep a few of those in my account for future use, but I believe I also have a few 3-device Anti-Virus activation codes in my account in case I need them.

Is there a limit on how many Kaspersky rebates you can do in a year like AVG has? Thanks to whoever knows and replies.

No, as long as it's different offer numbers.

Yes you can. But remember you will have only one Activation Key for 3 PCs. You can't use this key for 3 years for 1 PC.
When you activate the Key, all of activation period will be started. Because you will have only 1 Key.

"Anti-virus," so no additional "Internet Protection" capabilities? e.g. a more robust firewall, etc, etc, etc?

I'll just use free antivirus so I don't have to deal with the headache of rebates.

Will make ur PC slow.

If you want to keep ur system safe, just do not download any third party software to ur computer and you will be fine.
And yes, do not click on any boobs photo you see on the screen)
