I got the 10mg 120 count for $4.64. The 10mg are the expensive ones.

Do you notice a difference using 10mg vs the 5mg?

I do a lot actually. It's more of a deeper sleep. It's not recommended if you are going to wake up maybe 5-6 hours after taking it, if you are getting 7+ hours it's really the perfect sleep dose to get you to calm down in 30ish mins if you aren't sleepy.

Definitely, it really depends on your tolerance to it as to whether you need a 5mg or 10mg or so on.

Only way to find out though is to try one and see.

Does anyone have compared this brand with Natrol [costco.com]? The Natrol sold at Costco works unbelievable well for me but at such a higher price.

Yeah, I moved from 3mg to 5mg and noticed a difference (195# man). I can only imagine 10mg. Are these splittable? For those who haven't tried, this stuff won't knock you out like Nyquil or zone you out like Ambien. Side effects are very rare, usually just mild headaches for some people. Love this stuff.

Melatonin works well if you need to get your sleep schedule back on track. Wouldn't recommend for daily sleep aid. It's funny cause it only works on most people, but not all. I noticed these are quick disolve. I prefer the timed release because sometimes I have problems staying asleep. Regardless, this is a good buy.

I bought the120 count 10mg as well for $3.94. I'm fairly confident that they will be splittable, so should give me a couple of options depending on my sleep needs. Thanks for posting OP.

Update: The coupon is multi-use, so I just bought a bottle of the 5mg as well. No splitting necessary, so works out better.

It won't help you to stay sleeping.
If you like to wake up in middle of the night, get something else.

My experience is, Melatonin tabs are not scored, but not very dense or you can purchase a pill splitter.
