It's never been less than $55 at Amazon(currently $80), with great reviews across the board. I've owned mine for about 2 years and use it a few times a week

The flash sale ends 3:00pm Central time, not Eastern time.

Solid deal. I've had one for about 3 years now, and it's fantastic. Built like a tank, simple to use, digital controls, and easy to clean. I use it for everything from toasting bread and sandwiches, to baking cookies, to broiling boudin and chicken.

Does the door get hot near the handle? I burn my hand on my current oven all the time because there is no insulation.

Agreed, although the controls DO take a little getting used to. ie: the way you have to wait for it to preheat before you can then set the timer. Also wish the beeps were a little louder but I'm nitpicking.
I got a refurbed one from a Frys' SD @$30, but would buy it again at full price because it just cooks so quickly, accurately and evenly.

I haven't had any issues with a hot handle.

I agree, I suppose I've been using it so long that I've gotten used to the quirks.
