Thread Details

On Amazon Prime day (July 12), Autodesk's Fusion360 will be reduced from $300/year to $25/year.

A couple things to note- This deal is for commercial users. Students/educators and hobbyists/startups (those using the software for non commercial purposes/ businesses making less than $100k) are allowed free use.

Also: Amazon.com allows you purchase 1-5 subscriptions per transaction. If you would like to purchase more than 5, simply make multiple purchases. This special pricing is available only to Amazon Prime customers. If you are not already a Prime customer, you can join and will have 30 days to cancel the membership.

Where do we find this? Their website talks about free trials or student licenses only.

There is some info here (if you hover over the "i" next to the "Startups and Hobbyists" text
http://www.autodesk.com/products/...60/try-buy

After you download your free trial, click on the trial countdown number (X days) next to your user name on the upper right navigation. You'll then see an option to register for a free 1-year startup license.
A free 1-year startup license is available for hobbyists, enthusiasts, makers, and emerging businesses that make less than US$100,000 in revenue per year. At the end of 1 year, you can reselect the startup entitlement or transition to a commercial entitlement. See Terms of Service: Autodesk Web Services Entitlements.

and the full info is here

WTF, how did this not make frontpage... Although I use solidworks mostly, I would have loved to have a commercial license of this. Maybe they'll make this a permanent deal.
