Looking for a little education. I've seen more than one reference to refurbished S5's with only 3g support. Is this a limitation to refurbishing this phone or to the vendor who is doing the refurbishing? Thanks.

Same here. Can someone pls elaborate regarding what's out there beyond 3G. Does it matter less for seniors, and others who aren't strong on the latest phones?

Thank you.

Verizon phones are unlocked for GSM, but Verizon uses different LTE frequency bands than AT&T. I believe that they do use at least 1 maybe more LTE bands that T-Mobile also uses depending on which bands are used in your area.

So if you get a Verizon phone that's unlocked and you use Verizon for service, will you get LTE? Thanks.

should work just fine, only way I would see any issues there would be if it's a MVNO for verizon and they don't provide LTE for the level of service you have. I don't think any of their MVNOs do this though.
