First time posting. I came across a great deal on GAT Nitraflex on Amazon for $20 with Prime. The deal is on the watermelon and pineapple flavors. I got this on a Frontpage deal last time around for around $25 I believe.

Just an FYI for anyone thinking of using this: it has 325 mg caffeine per serving. First time I took it, I was off the damn wall. I recommend most people only take 1/2 a serving of this stuff and it's exactly what I do. More than enough to pump you up and it'll last twice as long.
Sorry to burst everyone's bubbles, but if you're buying a preworkout, where they feel the need to use scientific names for everything, to show you HOW SMART THEY ARE, behind a proprietary blend, you arent doing what you should be. Focus more on nutrition.

Besides, this is an old formula before GAT finally got called out enough. The only reason people ever jumped on this is because of Dennis James, Big Ramy, and Sadik. Even in their new formula, they claim certain amounts for 3 items behind the proprietary blend that is physically impossible because it add up to more than the serving itself.

If you are used to pwos it's not that strong. Last time I stacked with pmp from gat like the label recommended and it was a great combo.

It will only let you add 1 at the deal price, but you can buy 1 of each flavor. Flavor isn't really all that important in a pwo anyway since most just chug it and get to work.

this stuff is too strong at times. I've taken many PWO through the years. depending on how I feel I'll take 1/2 to 3/4 of a dose. a full scoop turns me into a fiend.

325 mg of caffeine... a little overkill IMO

Like most people are saying, their standard scoop size is very large and it made me antsy as hell with all the caffeine. Go with a half scoop as the norm and it's still very effective

Thanks for sharing op. I'm so tired after work, I wouldn't make it through a workout without a pre. I leave work thinking of excuses to skip the gym and go home and sleep but then the pre hits and I'm ready the kill it at the gym. This stuff is a must for me. If anyone feels the same way after work. You should start using a pre as well.

Yep. I'm so glad I took, like 1/3 dose. I still started shaking very soon. Keep in mind that I almost never ingest caffeine, so results may vary. I just use a little bit now, maybe 1/5 dose.
