It's a good deal, but there are so few good books on Kindle Unlimited. It's mostly all self published rubbish. I've gotten it twice for free trials and never really read anything on there. TU anyway.

I've gotten much more use out of subbing to the bookbub daily newsletter than I would $100/yr for Kindle Unlimited.

I think it depends on the genres you read. I've found it great for very specific genres such as paranormal romance and cozy mystery. But not very good for other genres (especially general romance).
