Hi harish7447 Smilie

Regarding max RAM:
If I'm reading this [cnet.com] correctly (on CNET), it supports up to 32GB?

60 bucks more!?
Just wanted to give him some options to choose. Moreover I noticed touchscreen in the Dell, it's a signature edition, but Dell has DDR3 vs DDR4. Doesn't hurt to have options.

Tech wizards here , question for you: Is it straightforward to replace graphics card with something more powerful? Want to use this for Oculus Rift. Thanks!

I would personally rather grab the E5-575G-53VG model. The 53VG is also $549 (Amazon) but has a 256 M.2 SSD with an open HDD bay, a dedicated gfx card, an optical drive, and a 6 cell battery. Am I wrong to think that, compared to that model, $389 should be the base price for this model?

You don't replace graphics cards in laptops. Only things you really can upgrade are RAM and hard drives
