Lowest compared to reputable seller by $19. Would have been slicker if there was a 6-8% eBay bucks offer.

Check your local power company for rebates. Mine offers a $100 rebate, but it's only for a Nest or Ecobee3. So while this is cheaper than the others, it might be cheaper in the long run to get the nicer thermostats.

They did have these for that price a few months ago but it was very YMMV, I tried to get one but couldn't find any. But I did get a open box one from eBay for $90 and it works perfectly. I love this thing!!

I've had the thermostat for about a year. It performs well and I have no major complaints. I would say though that it is pretty bare bones features-wise, it is essentially just a wifi enabled version of their normal 7 day programmable thermostat. My only disappointment is that it only allows for a maximum of 5 scheduled temperature changes per day. There's no reason to limit that.

I have it. It works with Amazon Echo flawlessly (which was my biggest criteria).

Does anyone have issues with inaccurate temperature and sometimes the ac doesn't turn off when you change the setpoint manually?

Yes, this was extremely YMMV. I went to over a handful of Targets in SoCal and they were cleared out or [more likely] hidden by some jerkface employee or SDer or something. This was always the case regardless of what Brickseek said. I'm seeing these all over Ebay now for $100+ - now I never want to pay that much!

no issues with it and I like being able to turn off the AC from bed and open a window Wink

I have two; first install last fall, no issues; 2nd installed in June, it is reporting inside temp than it should (3~4F warming) sometimes and then after a few hrs, corrects itself, and sometimes when on a hard set temp, it auto sets to a higher temp (in AC mode) / I think I need to contact their bad support

I have two and love them. the circulate feature (which will activate fan only for 30% of the day regardless of when the AC/Heat runs) has been a HUGE help on getting a nice even temperature in our house. Our outer bedrooms used to be off from the main room where the thermostat is mounted by around 5-8 degrees... not any more, now its almost dead even.
