Amazon.com has the All-Clad 700362 MC2 Professional Master Chef 2 Stainless Steel Tri-Ply Bonded Oven Safe PFOA Free Cookware Set, 10-Piece, for $399 for Prime Members. Shipping is free. I found this set to be a workhorse in the kitchen and at these prices you won't find better US made professional cookware set around.

You shouldn't be using the dishwasher on most high stainless steel cookware anyways.

performance-wise, how does it compare to tri-ply series?
Fairly well - see comparisons and reviews here: https://www.centurylife.org/is-al...ernatives/

Was gonna bite, but read the description really well for this MC2 line, as I wasn't familiar with it. In addition to bot being dishwasher safe, as mentioned in this thread, it is clad in aluminum on the outside, and is not induction compatible. There is also a photo in one of the Amazon reviews showing the aluminum discolored. Probably the fault of that person not cleaning correctly, or using the wrong cleanser, but still.
Screenshot attached showing comparison.
