General Motors GM Rewards Cards Word Scramble & Instant Win Game ~ 8/9/16

Promotion begins on July 11, 2016 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 9, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

Open only to eligible participants who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia physically residing therein, excluding Puerto Rico and the United States Territories and Possessions, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their primary state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST AND PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME: During the Promotion Period, Entrants must log on to https://gmrewardscards.prizelogic.com and enter his/her valid email address. If it is the Entrant's first time entering the Promotion, he/she must first register by entering the information requested on the registration page. After registering, the Entrant must follow on-screen instructions to play a Word Scramble Game. Upon completion of the Word Scramble Game, the Entrant will be taken to an Instant Win game where they will follow the on-screen instructions to play the Instant Win game ("Game Play').

Limit one (1) Game Play per e-mail address per day during the Promotion Period.

Limit of one (1) Game Prize per person. A Game Prize winner may also win a Contest Grand Prize.

The one (1) Entrant with the one (1) fastest solve time at the end of each Contest Entry Period will each be deemed a "Contest Winner" for that Contest Entry Period.

Contest Prizes (1 per Contest Entry Period, 4 total): Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a $100 gift card to his/her choice of one (1) of the following retailers: Amazon.com, Bed Bath & Beyond, CVS Pharmacy, Lowe's, Macy's, Outback Steakhouse, Shell, Staples or Target. ARV of each Contest Prize is $100. Total ARV of all Contest Prizes is $400.

Total ARV of all prizes available in the Promotions is $1,950. No more than one (1) Game Prize and one (1) Contest Prize will be awarded per person throughout the entire Promotion Period.
