exactly, it's for my Plex server. so I want a little redundancy since I'm not planning on having 10TB of drives just for backups but I have the Blu-rays anyways so a drive failure is more of a pita than a major issue.

oh you are right, but some of those 18 negative reviews are from some other items, i guess refurb cant be perfect but i see the 180 day warranty and they sold over 6,000 quantity so the percent of fail drive is 1%. i guess just have to test my chances.
