60hz...guys just an FYI on a larger screen TV 60hz will appear blurry in fast motion scenes. If you don't mind then it is certainly a good price for a 4K TV.

Is that optical audio out on it(passthrough)? It's not in the description that I saw, but a question answered says it can be hooked up to a home theater system.

I could be mistaken but, a good majority of the 4k TV's on the market today are indeed 60hz. There are however, plenty of 120hz 4k tv's available.

For example, one from Walmart, also a smart TV is the LG 55UF6450 55" 4K Ultra HD 2160p 120Hz Smart HDTV .

Now there are plenty of TV's that claim to be 120hz or even 240hz but there are key words to look for such as "TruMotion" or "Enhanced Motion Rate" these are fancy terms to say "TruMotion 120hz" which means 60hz tv with extra rendering.

Right, you asked to pointed to a 4K tv that displayed above 60hz, that's what I was doing along with some context.
