That safety bar spacing looks stupid . Good luck with safely doing a bench and not having it crush your chest. Titan racks have OKAY spacing for $300. They're horrible fitment though prepare for loud metal on metal SCREEEECH all the time. if you can stretch your budget then buy a rogue and enjoy amazing adjustment for safety bar (also supporting American jobs)

IMO This safety bar will be fine as long as the user eases it down. However, I foresee major disaster if someone was to drop weight while doing a squat. I am still using a York power rack from the early 2000s, IMO a power rack is a long term investment, get it right the first time and don't cheap out, your safety depends on it.

The spacing between the holes is too far so if your bench isn't perfect height then you have to put a board under your bench or something to get it higher. At this price I feel like spending $400 more on a rogue is worth it. Also resale on rogues is nice... But chances are you will never sell so why not invest??

Just do the squats on the outside of the cage and bail if its too heavy, not that hard and not dangerous.

I dunno man, squatting outside the cage defeats the purpose of the rack. Plus if you drop weight on the ground it'll most like f up your set or your floors.
