I don't think so. Best description I could find simply says it's a "vivid 1080p anti-glare display." That said, TN panels are arguably better than IPS for gaming purposes.

Yes, and you can choose a NVMe SSD instead of the default SSD when customizing the build. It will cost you, though.

Much better deal to buy the 8GB stick from Newegg or wherever and install it yourself if you want 16GB. That's my plan.
