Didn't get an email from GOG.COM about this yet. Fantastic games. Picked up Dragon Age Origins although I've already beat it on 360 just to snag a drm-free copy.

Dead Space, for me, is one of those titles that everybody keeps telling you is amazing/must-play but that I just can't seem to ever get around to lol. Never been much of a fan of the clients and stuff, so gog is nice. Thanks!

Like another poster have yet to receive an email about this.
If you have played the others in the series you will notice that originally the main character was a little squished in terms of perspective and screen space. It's a good game though and it doesn't really effect gameplay.

Rage quit DS3 on the PC due to some DLC levels being all or nothing in terms of game progression. You could save during the level but if you quit or shut down the computer it would talke you back to the last save prior to that section. Annoying.

eh hoping I don't fall down this rabbit hole again. played and beat base game DAEmbarrassment several times now I've got like 70 hours in DA:I. probably don't want to spend any more money or time just for awakening + dlc...

DAEmbarrassment is definitely worth the price, in terms of play time per dollar, this would be hard to beat, expect ~70 hours for the base game and all the expansions, easily over 100 if you take your time or go for 100%

Play in the dark and use headphones. Also, walls are not your friend. Ever been backed into a wall? Yeah don't do that in there.

Dead space is horrifying. Play it alone in the dark for the best experience.

If you don't have Dragon Age, it's worth it.

Make sure to get the graphics mods though.

One thing I really like that most games don't do is it doesn't lock you into a difficulty. So you can do replays on Easy until you get somewhere interesting or new, then make it a challenge by going into the Options menu. The story and characters are enough to make Easy interesting.
