6000btu is not enough for a grill that size. If you can drill the holes to get a bigger flame, then it might be cool.

I just bought one. Replace a much larger portable grill. This is over 50% off totally worth it.

i realize it's not a grill but my money would be going towards something like this [amazon.com] (Coleman Butane Instastart Stove $17.99) if the intended use is not for entertainment

and if you do get this or similar instead, remember to buy gas cans from nearby Asian stores. I get 4 count 7.5oz cans for $6.

I own one of these. it's small but fits a good amount. I have to grill on low otherwise it gets too hot and burns the food. cleanup isn't that easy but overall I'm happy with it.

and yes...it does get really hot even with 6000btu. I grill on low setting
