It looks like reviewers universally hate the new EAS AdvantEdge and miss the old Lean15. They're saying it doesn't mix well and has a weird consistency.

Lean15 isn't my normal protein but I had no problems with it since I left it at home and only used it on off-days.

Has anyone here tried the new formula?

Never mind, I went with the 100% Pure Whey Vanilla [amazon.com] instead.

$17.98-$4.50 = $13.48 after coupon. I also used up my second $9.99 sample box promo, making it $3.49.

Not bad at all, for some extra protein to have around on my off-days. Thanks OP!

Years ago they were saying isoflavones mimic estrogen in your body. But I haven't researched anything on this in a few years.

I bought this last time and it sucks. Does not dissolve well and tastes like chocolate chalk

Thanks. This is the one I buy, can sometimes get it on sale at the grocery store, but this is a great price!

I can't pretend to "know" the studies in the truest sense of the word, but the backlash against soy has only increased in the last few years.

With other (and better) protein options out there, there is no reason to stick with soy unless you are already a sissy boy vegan who has gotten used to looking sick and weak.

Use whey protein because not only is it a better protein in terms of performance, but there is no evidence that it increases estrogen. In fact, studies have shown a positive influence on both testosterone and GH from using whey protein.

I've been all whey for a while. But I did just order some ON casein from Prime Day. I avoid soy, but I would be all over other veggie options.

Does this coupon work if not shipping through Prime Pantry? I didn't see a coupon for regular Prime.
